Your contribution to something big:
- Position is limited for a period of 2 years
- Prepares materials and performs technical trainings addressed to all employees within the company (e.g. induction training, WATS-for operators; WATS-for TL and SL; standardization of work and ergonomics)
- Updates the content of the trainings according to the internal or external request (Business Unit, Central)
- Prepares and presents performance and effectiveness reports of the supervisor and plant management trainings, as appropriate
- Maintains good collaboration relations with the departments within the plant
- Coordinates the activities and training programs of the employees within the company
- Development or improvement of the employee's qualification programs
- Implements "Lessons Learned" - the lesson learned in the qualification programs
- Maintains and optimizes the direct employee qualifications database
- Complies with all responsibilities and standards within the company
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Technical studies - graduate of technical university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production activities and/or working with pupils/students is an advantage
- Soft skills:
- Coherent communication in both Romanian and English
- Good planning and organizing abilities
