Quality Controller KYC Bucuresti, Romania Fixed term contract Banking operations processing Apply Responsibilities Performs daily quality control checks on the files analyzed by the KYC analysts and monitors the level of performance of both the analyst and the entire team level. Produces performance reports for the area in scope of control; Identifies risks related to the not performance of the KPIs agreed with the client; Offers support to the KYC team leaders/ team coordinators in performing the action plans for solving the quality issues; Contributes at the improvement of the optimization ideas; Based on the control results identifies quality improvements opportunities for KYC activities. Profile required Experience in KYC domain and in SG GSC. Very good French and English language level (minimum B1+). Very good effective communication skills both written and oral.
