You will implement, maintain and develop the integrated management system: quality, health and safety at work, environment.Key responsibilitiesContinuously improves product quality by monitoring and analyzing the quality of products and production processes, analyzing the causes of defects and by planning, implementing and supervising the implementation of corrective measuresCarries out the necessary activities as a result of quality complaints from external partnersParticipates in the validation of new manufacturing processes and in the validation of changes in existing processes and products in manufacturingCoordinates the FMEA risk assessment process (Potential Defects and Effects Analysis)Controls non-compliant materials, semi-finished products and productsPeriodically calculates, reports and monitors quality indicators, defines / validates actions and monitors their implementation in order to achieve the established quality objectivesPerforms internal audits, as an auditor and oversees the implementation of corrective actionsWE VALUEBachelors Degree in engineering or related technical fieldExperience in the field of qualityKnowledge of Quality Management SystemsAdvanced knowledge of EnglishExperience on transfer projectsKnowledge of Quality tools (CORE 5why, six sigma, ishikawa)Experience in quality auditWE OFFERMedical planBudget for flexible benefit scheme which can be used for travel, sports, dental scheme, and othersTransportationBusiness Travel Accident InsuranceVoluntary defined contributory pension planMeal allowanceA culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovationMarket specific training and on-going personal developmentIf this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
