PURPOSE STATEMENT
:The Quality Innovation Manager is responsible for embedding of the quality assurance framework and product quality standards for innovation projects and new product introductions. At the same time the role of the job holder is to ensure product is manufactured according to proper specifications and legal requirements in line with customer expectations.
Manage and assure new products and processes qualification for new technologies, materials and equipment as per global standards. Ensure through effective coordination that assigned projects are delivered in the most effective & efficient way practicable within agreed targets of cost, quality & time. Effectively manages the department’s expenditure and assets within the agreed budget. To maintain a professional and well-motivated team Knowledge, Skills & Experience
University degree Quality management principles, design of new Processes and Standards management Computer literate; Solid understanding of supply chain principles, core processes and systems Knowledge of products and materials development processes Very good knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate at all levels.
