We are looking for a Quality Manager for our client, an entrepreneurial company, with branches worldwide, producer of thermal and electrical insulation sleeves, especially applied to automotive and mass transportation.
The role of the Quality Manager will provide you the opportunity to join a great team and bring your active contribution to the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field;
Previous working experience in a manufacturing site – quality department;
Knowledge of 8-D, 5W, Ishikawa, and advanced methods;
Significant experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive;
Knowledge of Standards ISO and IATF 16949, VDA 6, etc.;
Knowledge of an ERP system (SAP) and advanced MS Office;
Good analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
Ability to work independently, and hands-on attitude;
Good communication skills and working level of writing and spoken English.

Responsibilities:
Coordinating the QM system and the QM processes of the plant, following the valid standards (IATF 16949:2016; VDA 6.x; etc);
Planning and coordinating the plant-related audit processes (system, process, and product audits);
Continually evaluating the quality systems to guarantee the highest quality standards;
Coordinating complaints management and plant-related change management;
Supervising the quality processes in the start-up management of new products in cooperation with the development project teams and the quality planners;
Monitoring the plant quality targets and reporting the quality-relevant KPIs;
Performing IMDS registration of existing products for the company;
Supervising and coordinating corrective and preventive actions.
