Quality Specialist, ESG Research in Bucuresti

About the RoleThe Quality Specialist supports the ESG Research team in monitoring and reviewing the quality of research for delivering the highest quality data to the clients.Job Responsibilities• Perform data quality checks on research and provide detailed feedback to researchers• Identify recurring quality issues and engage with research teams to identify solutions• Facilitate the development of tools for automated quality control• Conduct root cause analysis for data lapses and gaps in coverage• Report regularly on progress made towards quality goals• Actively engage with the subject matter experts to build domain knowledge, identify changing industry trends and reporting patternsQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline• 1+ year of prior experience in providing quality assurance support• Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must and exposure to one data management and QA automation tools such as Power BI, MS Access or Python will be a plus• Client-oriented, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset• Critical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills• Understanding of financial markets and the European Union initiatives for sustainable finance will be an added advantage• Demonstrated passion for sustainability;• Alignment with Sustainalytics’ mission, vision and valuesAbout UsSustainalytics is a Morningstar company dedicated to responsible investment with over 25 years' experience in ESG research and ratings.
