Our strength is a multi-discipline, dedicated, experienced team that is committed to ensure successful execution of the clients’ needs.Responsabilities: Preparing, reviewing and managing project contract documentation Preparing and analyzing supplier and (sub)contractor enquiries Monitoring and coordinating receiving payments from the client and (sub)contractors Financial and contractual control of (sub)contractor accounts Monitoring change in scope of work and pricing of variations Reviewing project costs vs. original budget Managing and forecasting of project Cash flows Issuing of contractual notices and evaluate loss and expense/acceleration claims Assessment of contractors variations and claims, and determination of final accounts Preparing commercial project reports Liaising with the client, main contractor and other departments Supporting Project Managers in ad hoc tasks Daily presence on construction site Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction / Civil, ME Engineering/ Economics Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience of cost forecasting and reporting, cost control, cost risk management, contract documentation preparation, contract administration, processing of contractors variations and claims and determination of final accounts etc. Sound knowledge of construction industry. Fluent English.
