Quotation Services - Sourcing Manager in Bucuresti

About this opportunity! We are now looking for a Sourcing Manager – Quotation Services as team member within Sourcing Service Center (SSC). In this role, you will plan, execute and conclude requests for quotation/proposal with tail spend suppliers by supporting across Customer Unit (CU)  Eeastern Europe & Central Asia (EECA) Sourcing for the following categories but not limited to: Test House, R&D Consulting, Business Service Sourcing (internal spend), Ecology & Sustainability in accordance with countries regulation. Responsibilities & Tasks: Create, plan and execute RFQ/Ps with suppliers following category & stakeholders (Type Approval & Regulatory  Department (TA&RD)) requestsPerform necessary supplier approval steps according to global and local company policiesNegotiate commercial terms (price, delivery date, payment terms) obtain better pricing conditions/discounts and colclude contracts with suppliersOwn relationsip with suppliers and drive SRM related actitvites per the asigned categoryConduct opportunity analysis for low risk and/or low value spend management and scout for better suppliersLiaise with the internal customers to understand their requirements and close them in the given time framePerform & interpret basic spend analytics in order to identify best available market price for the ongoing projectWork closely with Legal and Contract Management function to redline and negotiate commercial contracts including service agreements, statements of work and amendments,Work with and secure assistance and guidance from Type Approval&Regulatory  Department (TA&RD), as agreed for each case.
