How could you help us do this? We need a Quote to Cash Specialist with German skills who will join our Bucharest team to help us provide end to end order management and financial services for SW Services and to manage EMEA business partners and customer’s requirements according to the US GAAP/IFRS accounting principles and Micro Focus internal regulations.The SW Quote 2 Cash team at Micro Focus is committed to provide operational excellence, people development and innovation! What kind of work would you be doing? Review customer documentation, initiate and control each SW Services project;Handle order management activities in NetSuite OpenAir, Sales order booking, Invoicing, 3rd party management, cost entries;Cost and revenue accounting: tracking of project financials, balance sheet reconciliation;Month end closing activities: cost and revenue recognition, financial transaction posting in Netsuite, Data quality, financial reporting;Participate in teleconferences regarding project status and variance explanations;Interact with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Finance teams and Q2C management team;Support policy and process improvement and identify opportunities according to Micro Focus policies;We will give you the tools and support you need to shape this role to make it your own and to be successful! What achievements should you have so far? We think in order to add immediate value and to succeed in this role, you should have relevant financial & accounting experience within some sort of corporate environment. Exposure to a tech company would be great, but we are flexible on this! In order to be able to build meaningful relationships with all of your colleagues in this region, we do need a fluent French and English speaker. If you also have a degree in a relevant subject (economic, finance, business operations), great! What about you? This is the most important part!
