(https://youtu.be/na9HQYdkRUE)Apply until data: 14.03.2022Check out your future responsibilities below Is responsible to make sure that every employee of his/ her group has tasks according to their qualification, competences and position, with input from the Team Leader; Is responsible to procure the technical equipment needed to complete the tasks for his/ her group, in line with estimations and budget limits; Conduct the yearly Performance Management Process for all directs and set individual goals for each team member and supervises the Performance Management Process for all indirect reports; Mentors and coaches Team Leaders on the topics of people development and performance management. Organize regular meetings with the direct reports, in order to monitor performance, to motivate the team, give and receive feedback, discuss the road map and establish action plans if necessary; Motivate and retain his/her direct reports and escalate to the direct superior the issues which need higher management involvement/ decision Is responsible to ensure that employee’s technical and soft skills are at the level required by the job by setting objectives and proposing training programs for each employee.
