We operate in the domain of Design and construction of safety critical transportation systems.
Very accurate verification (do we do the design correctly versus the internal process?), Validation (have we done a design meeting the customer requirements?) and integration ( is the system operating properly considering the nominal and possible degraded situations?) are mandatory as per the related Standards applicable.

Overview:
As a railway signalling engineer you will design, analyse, develop and test engineering solutions to comply with functional requirements related to the railway systems.
Delivers software modules by ensuring detailed design and implementation of these modules.
Specific responsibilities of the role:
Realizes the SW of IXL modules detailed design & coding.
Sets up the IXL development tool chain.
Prepares and performs SW of IXL module tests and verifications of his deliverables (“Designer” tests), prior to the ones formally realized by a dedicated V&V team (depending on Safety Integrity Level and associated Product development organization).
Puts the IXL workproduct under configuration management according to product Configuration Management Plan.
Supports the SW of IXL /HW and HW/ SW of IXL integration, together with the HW designer.
