Receptionist - registration samples in Bucuresti

The Group believes it is the global leader in food, environmental, pharmaceutical and cosmetics products testing and in agroscience CRO services.The company has been represented in Romania for few years and it has sales office in Arad and laboratory facilities located in Bucharest. Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Receptionist, who will have to use their organizational, software and language skills to support the day to day samples registration in the laboratory and execute administrative tasks.Main responsibilities: - Check the conformity of the info filled in customer's orders with the samples received.- Registering samples in the lab’s eLIMS .- General administrative duties: sending packages via couriers, registering incoming/outgoing documentation of the company (invoices from suppliers, contracts, etc.) - Packs the samples in appropriate packaging and ensure those are fit for transport.QualificationsJob requirements:- Minimum 2 years of working experience;- Experience as receptionist in a laboratory would be considered advantage;- Experience working in dynamic environment and multitasking;- High attention to detail;- Analytical & problem solving skills;- Intermediate Office skills;- Intermediate English level;- At least high school degree.
