In this role you will be responsible for a positive candidate experience and closely interact with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience. What you will do Support and partner with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.Support the recruitment process ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.Accountable for tracking completion of pre-employment for candidates and support onboarding processes for new hires.Assist in sourcing, initial screening of applicants and recruitment activities.Support with miscellaneous projects related to recruitment, employment branding and cross functional initiatives.Triage inquiries and connect employees to the right subject matter expert when necessary.General administrative work as needed. What you will bring Relevant experience as an end to end Recruiter, preferably in a high volume environment.Knowledge of local employment law relating to talent attraction and vetting.German and English fluency essential.Ability to own entire recruitment lifecycle and support/advise managers both based both locally and oversees.Ability to self-prioritise and manage time in a face-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment.Ability to ensure the accuracy of highly detailed and confidential information.Customer focused and proactive with excellent follow-up and a sense of urgency.Effective Communication skills, both verbally and written.Exceptional organisational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office or G-Suite.Positive attitude, able to easily build relationships across multiple functions and business units.
