Regional Sales Representative
Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting for its client, an important beverage company, for a Regional Sales Representative in Cluj.
Ideal candidate:
- Sales skills, negotiation skills, organisation skills;
- Brand-aware, customer-, consumption- and brand-centric;
- Capable of achieving the objectives and tasks assigned, effective team player ;
- Socially confident, having working knowledge of computers and English
- Main responsibilities:
Primary duties: - Making most profitable sales within the region of her/his responsibility;
- Achieving the highest and most effective distribution level for the overall portfolio;
- Market efficiency through development of successful business relationships with her/his customers;
- Coordination and implementation of company policy, strategy and practice.
- Key duties:
- Accepts direct or indirect orders at each opportunity;
- Aims to achieve most efficient distribution levels;
- Negotiates portfolio and target volumes with each customer;
- Sets specific objective for each customer visit;
- Verifies all customer inventories at each visit;
- Initiates promotional activities within an endorsed budget;
- Conducts promotional campaigns and evaluates their results;
- Ensures good shelf positioning and visibility for the items, corresponding with the market share, at the least;
- Builds positive business relationships with the reference persons from customer companies;
- Makes presentations and conducts trainings of her or his customers on products;
- Participates in the preparation and conducting of negotiations on commercial terms and ensures their performance;
- Keeps constant track of the price positioning of all portfolio items;
- Ensures best possible positioning of secondary display materials;
- Ensures quality customer service—keeps track of expiry dates, responds to claims;
- Participates in sales events such as trade fairs, shows.
