Remote Collection Specialist / AR - 4 months determined period
Adecco Professional Placement is looking for a Collections Specialist / Account Receivable, for one of our client, multinational automotive company, for its Share Service in Bucharest, with the possibility of work from home.
The position is for a determined period of 4 months. Based on results and achievements, there is a possibility for contract prolongation.
JOB PROFILE
- Responsible for collection of receivables using established collection procedures on a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Maintain a smooth functioning of credit portfolio - supplying responsive, process-effective services to internal and external customers.
- Responsible for ensuring Customers Financial Services metrics are achieved;
- Establish and maintain contact with customers concerning past due amounts, payment trends, and other matters related to past due receivables to improve company cash flow.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor degree;
- Knowledge and experience of collections and payments process in a multinational company is a must;
- Fluency and ability to work in English;
- Goal oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational and analytical skills & the ability to handle multiple tasks;
- Good PC skills including Excel and experience with other Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.;
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal skills.
