As a result, the level of support needed has grown and the Renewal Specialist will play an important role in supporting the team. The Renewal Specialist will partner with the Renewal Sales team to improve velocity, bridge gaps in process and strive to improve the overall experience for the sales team and PTC customers. Your team: The Renewal Specialists Team is a newly set up team, accountable for delivering consistent, high quality and efficient centralized services to the Renewal Sales Team at PTC. Primary responsibilities include overseeing and providing guidance to the renewal sales specialists. Responsibilities include driving continuous improvement and efficiencies, aligned to the strategic goals of the Renewal Sales Team. Engagement through cross-functional collaboration across PTC to improve service execution and processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team.Day-To-Day: Partner with Renewal Sales Reps to assist in complex quoting situations, customer product remixes, and requests.Act as liaison between the Renewals organization and other business units to ensure completion of ordersManage ticketing queue, address, and resolve issues in a timely manner and in accordance with SLAs Project management opportunities, whether as project owner or contributor Building the conversion offers, as requested by the end user and in accordance with the business processWorking closely with the internal ecosystem (Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, GBO) to get the adjustments and approvals needed at closing timeProactively assist reps in opportunity management and data scrubbing activitiesUS working hours (13:00-22:00)Preferred Skills and Knowledge: Excellent written and verbal skillsAbility to change gears and adapt to changing requests from businessStrong organizational skillsAttention to detailsIs comfortable working in fast paced and sometimes stressful environmentsAbility to deal with ambiguity and can take initiativeComfortable with speaking their mind and sharing opinions to improve business and processesSFDC experience preferredFluent English is mandatory.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Math or other relevant fields+2 years ‘work experience in similar roles.#LI-DNI PTC Company Description About PTC (NASDAQ: PTC)PTC unleashes industrial innovation with award-winning, market-proven solutions that enable companies to differentiate their products and services, improve operational excellence, and increase workforce productivity.
