Your mission : You will act as Sales Ops Project Manager for strategic programs and support the global and regional Sales Ops Leadership in managing day-to-day rhythm.You will help contribute to the overall success of the Sales Ops organization and help drive Sales Ops excellence. This role is fixed term for 5 months


This is what you’ll do at UiPath:


  • Identify opportunities to increase Sales & Sales Ops productivity and improve operational efficiency across UiPath’s commercial lines of business
  • Track and manage projects to execution, ensuring accuracy in reporting, metric analysis and workflows to monitor overall project health
  • Ability to synthesize big data into strategic and actionable insights
  • Ensure consistency in global and regional implementation of Sales Ops strategic programs
  • Act as liaison between UiPath and Sales-Ops 3rd party providers
  • Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Tech Stack, Product etc.) to drive strategic initiatives
  • Communicate projects’ updates to all relevant stakeholders in an effective and timely manner


This is what you’ll bring to our team:


  • 3-5 years of Sales Ops and project management experience
  • Experience with Salesforce required
  • Experience extracting data from large, complex databases
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results
  • Excellent leadership, energy, judgment, communication, interpersonal, management and analytical skills required
  • A successful track record of milestone achievement, operational excellence and strong cross-functional skills. Recognized as a high achiever who is willing to work broadly to resolve issues in an inclusive way
  • Experience within a SaaS company, startup environment or similar rapidly-growing enterprise strongly preferred
