As a member of the team, you will play an integral role in delivering changes and new capabilities to clients' payment applications and infrastructure. As a Roll-out Manager / Roll-out coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring that new releases to technology platforms and applications are planned and executed efficiently, with the highest quality for customers and operations, and in compliance with client's standards. Working with other roll-out and release managers, product management, epic owners, execution leads, and operations teams, you will plan, execute, and bring to a conclusion the release, change, and transition management activities related to complex deliveries in technology platforms.  DUTIES:Defining the release & roll-out strategy, governance model, and milestone plan based on established processes and best practices. Coordinating the release & roll-out organization and surrounding teams in preparation for go-live, including securing resources, building the go-live implementation plan, and executing dress rehearsals. Leading release go live and post-go-live activities. Planning and coordinating change activities throughout the roll-out activities. Planning and coordinating business verification activities during rehearsals and go-live.Overseeing that production operations teams receive proper transition support as new solutions are rolled out. Leading roll-out decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval for each roll-out milestone. Representing the roll-out project team in program meetings and SAFe planning events. Increasing release quality and efficiency by integrating new techniques, automation capabilities, and DevOps ways of working to release orchestration REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors/Master's degree in IT or related disciplines. Excellent networking and interpersonal skills. Good analytical thinking and attention to detail. Accountability, proactivity, and ability to quickly adapt and respond to change. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Flexibility: able to work extra paid evenings and weekends for the implementation of events. Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies. Highly proficient in spoken and written English.  IT Project management and planning skills (5+ years). Experience with application release or data migration projects, including hands-on experience in using release or cutover planning tools. Experience working with the incident, problem and change management tools and processes under the ITIL framework. Understanding of technology solution architecture. Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA, Helix). Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle. Basic understanding of DevOps ways of working. Experience in the banking or finance sectors is a clear benefit. WE OFFER:Long-term cooperation.Transparently built relations based on trust and fair play.Co-financed benefits: Medicover card, Multisport card.
