Description du poste You have the opportunity to join TotalEnergies to take up a new challenge and join the renewable energy business development of the Company. Your scope includes all the technologies in which Total is active: solar photovoltaic, onshore wind, offshore wind, battery storage.You will be based in a dedicated country and report to the Renewable Explorer locally. REX mission consists in identifying utility scale renewable projects that could be developed or local developers with a portfolio of early stage renewable projects to partner with or to acquire.You will be responsible for sourcing, securing land and obtaining permits to enable greenfield projects to proceed.As BD Field prospection you will be mainly responsible for :Identifying lands in the designated country for potential renewables energy projectsEstablishing and maintaining positive relations with landownersNegotiating land permits Assuring compliance with existing landowner agreements; interfaces with site personnel, contractors, and other company personnel in furtherance of agreements necessary to accommodate the construction, operation, and maintenance of renewable energy facilitiesMaintains and enhances a database of contacts, including a log of all interactions, issues and associated engagement activitiesDevelops an engagement plan with landowners, stakeholders and key influencers and provide periodic reporting and updates on status of engagement plans to the renewable explorerStays abreast of current developments and trends in the country and helps position REX at local events or meetingProvide expert opinion on matters related to land issues, such as lease management, royalties, commercial agreements, government regulations and stakeholder management.
