Position Overview
Sales Account Manager, Banking sells a portfolio of Diebold Nixdorf products- Hardware, Software, Services - through the Romanian market. The role will enable, support and maintain effective long-term relationships within the territory of Romania to ensure a high level of satisfaction and to maximize revenues from the sales of DN products and/or services through the defined customers. You are responsible for:
- A direct management of day-to-day relationships with the Customer.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of sales activities, creating best practices and measurements of effectiveness
- Interaction with the customer base to ensure they are successful using DN products and/or services
- Identifying key stakeholders to build relationships and credibility within those organizations and helping them realize the full potential of DN products
- Driving incremental pipeline and opportunities.
- Ownership, developing and managing the sales plan for the designated territory
- Plans and establishing selling activities. Personally, responsible for the delivery of a specific and defined revenue quota and the target KPIs
- Help to enable and nurture strong positive working relationships cross-functionally within DN organization
- Promotion of the brand value with all areas of the customers (when appropriate)
- Maintaining and executing relationships at all levels across all other functions of the company
- Qualifications:
- 5 years + sales experience in the IT industry/ Financial Services Institutions/ Banking sector in Romania
- Practical experience of selling solution bundle – hardware, software and services
- Knowledge of Romanian banking market segment and main trends
- Higher education (IT/Technical, Finance, Business, Marketing)
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Experienced in working in an international matrix organization
