Sales Analyst in Bucuresti

Job Description• Providing permanent tracking (reports and analyses) on OT PO1 volume, revenue, retail selling price, VPO evolution (from the route level up to total OT PO1) by main categories: food and beverages• Monitoring the implementation status of TMK & Sales activities.• Support in Target Setting Process• Sales Incentive & Bonus monitoring & final calculation• Involvement in OT PO1 current needs and special projects• Providing support for OT PO1 field sales structure through specific analyses and reports, monitoring efficiency, key performance indicators and targets achievement level• Responsible for the design and development of sales reports and dashboards to support OT PO1 business. • Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.• Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives.• Serve as a liaison with other departments (eg Trade Marketing, Finance, KAM, CS&L) in an effort to ensure accurate and timely processingQualifications/Requirements• University degree;• Mandatory min 2 years’ experience in similar position (preferably FMCG)Abilities:• Good oral and written communication skills, both in English and Romanian;• Strong MS Office applications experiences• Self-sufficient & task oriented• Proactive attitude and capable of taking ownership over the processes• Analytical skills & problem solving attitude are required• Attention to detail critical and comfortable in a role as an individual contributor and be able to multi-task effectively.• Ability to collect, organizes, and display data in spreadsheet format.• Very good computer skills (MS Office);
