Sales Engineer – remote in North AfricaThe Sales Engineer is a team member using extensive technical knowledge during the Sales Process, presenting products to clients, answering technical questions, and gathering requirements that lay ground for effective solution implementations.Responsibilities:Become a subject matter expert on the company`s CCSaaS technology, both from a functional, as well as a technical perspectiveConduct in-depth discovery sessions and workshops with prospects to identify use cases and business pains points in or around the contact center environmentAct as strategic consultant to potential clients, leading the demonstration of the company`s CCSaaS solutionsMaster our company`s value proposition, ensuring consistency in messaging the solution’s features and functionsGather, elicit, and document requirements- translating customer needs and requests into product implementation requirements.Design specifications or solution proposalsStrategically map company`s CCSaaS technology to the client’s pain and underlying business challengesActively communicating and partnering with Sales, Engineering, Product Management with respect to customer requirements and needsHelping prioritize product roadmap based on customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trendsRequirements: 5+ years of experience in technical sales or solutions engineering experience specific to the contact center industry, with a focus on cloud solutionsGeneral knowledge of structured Databases and SQLGeneral programming knowledge: Javascript, HTML5Technical understanding of cloud technology, including AWS, Azure, hosted, SaaS and CCaaS solutionsIntegrityFast learnerExcellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English and FrenchSelf-motivated with initiative and drive to be successfulProblem solvingComfortable interfacing with high-level decision-makers at major enterprises.Solid MS Office experienceWhat we offer:International company with international mindset.Unique team spirit and informal work environment.Training opportunities and career growth program.Work with talented and collaborative coworkers who will support you and help you grow.Additional perks as part of our culture: parties, team buildings, diverse Fun at Work activities every month.
