Sales Operations Analyst

Adobe is looking to grow its Sales Operations Romania Team, part of the Worldwide Field Operations (WWFO) Organization.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively as an individual contributor, as well as with other team members and stakeholders located around the world, from various functions across the organization, ensuring continuous improvement of sales processes, analytics and reporting.

This position will be based in Bucharest, Romania.

Requirements & Responsibilities :

The applicant will possess 1-2 years of relevant work experience in performing sales operations and data analysis. A bachelor's degree is required. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

MS Excel skills are required to handle large data sets, while familiarity with Salesforce.com is a bonus.

The position requires the ability to multi-task and be detail oriented. Accuracy is essential for this position as the team is responsible for providing vital data to multiple teams across the organization which rely on it to complete their daily tasks and job functions.

This project-based role is both operational and data analysis intense, responsible for several tasks:

  • Link related Opportunities in Salesforce that will help Sales Teams manage all aspects of a Contract’s lifecycle;
  • Create and update Opportunity and Account information and assisting in overall data integrity in Salesforce;
  • Support ad-hoc data cleansing and mapping tasks as determined by Manager of Sales Operations;
  • Create various reports to facilitate Sales Processes.

The position might require availability for meetings outside regular working hours.

The candidate will collaborate with diverse groups and develop relationships with a range of organizations, being able to interpret and present insight into the customer data.
