MissionThe Sales Operations Customer Experience CoE is looking for a highly motivated, committed and experienced process engineer with solid operational track record to join our team.The dMPS (=direct Managed Print Services) Process Engineer will be responsible for providing ongoing support to the Sales Operations teams, measure and improve performance by continuously improving tools and processes. He/she’ll drive alignment with broader HP infrastructure while ensuring focus on the specific dMPS business needs in the Quote-to-Cash area.Establish tools and processes to manage operational performance of dMPS business for areas under Sales operations accountabilityDevelop and monitor key metrics to measure and improve operating processesProvide ongoing support to operational teams; communicate tactical process decisions and plans, project status, and issues and workaroundsWork with key functional leaders to identify performance gaps, prioritize opportunities, and manage improvement roadmap for functional areasCoordinate development and implementation of Q2C processes & tools within several delivery organizations: Sales Operations/Customer Services /Customer Operations/Supply Chain etc, while liaising with Pursuit and Category teams for collecting business requirements & strategy designLead cross-functional process improvement projects and rapid improvement events, including process mapping, documentation and implementation of improved processes.Investigate and identify root causes of process performance drivers; correct or develop new processes in order to achieve required performance.Act as a change agent and ensure that process improvement activity is being supported and sustained across all marketsDevelop detailed work and resource plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reports.Provide mentoring and guidance to increase internal skill levelsFirst-level university degree or equivalent experienceTypically 6-10 years of related experience in IT/business operationsTypically 5-8 years of process engineering/project management experienceQuality improvement training required and certification is a plus.In-depth knowledge and subject matter expertise for HP operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirementsStrong understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycleAbility to lead complex process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts and has thorough understanding of change management processes and procedures.Excellent problem solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to execute a program within the scope of overall strategies.Strong business experience in multiple process areas with excellent project management and process development skillsStrong project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.Strong collaboration and leadership skills, including team building, conflict resolution and managementStrong communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills.
