In this role, you have the opportunity to
Promote Philips as a 1st brand for Philips Domestic Appliances products
Develop brand visibility in all the shops
Enlarge distribution network
You are responsible for:
Planning route according to POS potential and ensure full client coverage within agreed time frame
Training and motivating shop-floor people
Coordinating & evaluating consultant’s activity within designated territory
Updating the potential customers data base
Planning own sales budget in terms of customers
Supporting the organization of special events (i.e. Dealers Day)
Supporting every level of distribution
Keeping updated re. Market researches; price policies, competitors, etc.
Visit regularly existing & potential dealers for updates or presentations on the Philips DA products and acting as a communication channel between dealers & Philips
Monitoring the price level on the market and competition activity
Product training & merchandising for the shops
Organize & follow promotions
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
1-year experience in sales area
Bachelor/master’s degree
Experience within household appliances or FMCG will be a plus
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Intermediate level of English (B2)
Readiness for business travels
Advanced user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
