Colt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure.Sales Team Leader – Telesales/Desk Based Account Management Role title: Team Leader (Digital) Colt Level: M2 Junior Department: Telesales/Desk Based Account management (DBAM) Role location: Romania Role description The TL is responsible for the business performance of a DBAM Digital Team, retaining existing accounts (large portfolio’s of small and medium business customer in Enterprise or Strategic Alliance space – reseller, carriers, etc), creating and managing digital campaigns, driving the use of digital tools. Responsible for delivering the assigned revenue, new incremental target and retention goals, through digital sales strategy execution according to the Colt GoToMarket strategy, people leadership & sales performance for the team. She / he will drive sales excellence through developing people, collaborate within DBAM teams, Country, Regional and Segment level if the case (through international collaboration attitude), teaming cross multiple sales support functions, building operational standards, setting & executing Customer and sales resource alignment and maintaining excellent standards of sales governance and sales KPIs management (e.g. churn, revenue management, retention, etc.). Ultimately the TL is responsible across its portfolio, for the building and operation of a world class DBAM sales team. Key accountabilities A strong people manager, capable of delivering sales and retention performance and to set-up high performance culture in their team: Driving performance through an effective leadership style based on leading by example, inspiring & connecting people, communicating effectively, being accountable, recognizing success & motivating and enabling teamwork. Coaching and managing the AEs to be effective and productive. Recruiting, training, motivating and retaining an effective and engaged employee salesforce. Sales strategy and performance: Accountable for delivering Revenue, Bookings, Churn KPIs, Productivity Developing and coaching people based on structured framework and techniques to increase productivity Retaining existing accounts (churn reduction) Maintain existing accounts through the adoption and execution of a consistent and systematic framework based on high volume customers management strategies Ensuring high standards of operation and compliance with Colts’ sales governance Creating a digital strategy, managing marketing campaigns through HubSpot, monitoring and tracking results Relationships and key contacts (financial and non-financial) Supports in the processes of reactive selling, qualification, proposal, resourcing, negotiation and closure and in the retention strategy. Customer connected, account sponsorship. Champions the needs of the sales community, customers and partners across the organization. Role specific requirements Skills & Experience Proficient Sales Team leader skills Proven and consistent track record of delivering growth and development Demonstratable performance in driving uplift in productivity Strong operational focus, with high focus on teaming and connecting people (internally and externally) Excellent influence & communication skills.
