As a (Senior) Consultant SAP Application Management Services (all genders), you are exactly that - the link between specialist departments and implementing IT! You will design and manage the core business processes of our customers, which are to be optimized by innovative IT solutions. Our Application Management Services (AMS) combines all of this. What technologies would you choose to take our customers to the next level? In detail, you will take on the following tasks: You will be responsible for the (remote) support of our customers' SAP systems. In addition to consulting activities as a technical expert in one of the areas of logistics and supply chain, you will troubleshoot faults and other errors for the customer's ERP and S/4HANA systems. The strands come together with you. Optimizations and permanent further development of the existing SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP PP or SAP WM/EWM solutions are important service elements for our customers, so that support and project activities go hand in hand here. Hands on! You will be an active part in cross-module services and design them together with colleagues from the Sales and Procurement departments. Your assignments span various industries, including automotive, food & beverage, transport & logistics, life science, sports, utilities and many more. You will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in different contexts and gain a wide range of experience. YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE A degree in business administration, (business) informatics, a comparable qualification or training forms your basis. You have in-depth knowledge of at least one of the SAP modules MM, SD, PP, QM or WM/EWM, which you can apply profitably in practice. Maybe you have already gained experience with S/4HANA (OnPremise and/or Cloud) here? That would be ideal! You are characterized by your high level of customer and service orientation, which you can use to support our quality-oriented customers coupled with your own initiative and strong communication skills. You are proficient in ABAP and debugging is also not a foreign word for you. You are familiar with tasks such as customizing and transport management. Have you already had contact with Fiori applications and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)? That would be an absolute plus, but of course not a must.
