SAP Solution Expert Finance (with focus on General Ledger) Job Req ID: 91704 Location: Pitesti, RO, 110101 Work Type: Full time Contract Type: unlimited We are looking for a SAP Solution Expert Finance (with focus on General Ledger) for our Regional IT Center Timisoara. Responsibilities: Design of several IT-supported business sub-process elements according to the DRX process map in cooperation with functional units and ensure the definition of requirements for software development in one or more business sub-processes (mainly for General Ledger sub-processes); Supports the definition and optimization of internal standards and complex processes within the IT Solution Finance area and configures those if necessary in the systems including cross-functional integrations; Acts as a technical project leader in IT projects related to Finance applications and makes changes within the Customizing in accordance with the requirements and internal specifications of the customer; Resolves Level 2 incidents and implements changes (Service Requests) for the SAP Finance applications (mainly General Ledger) and all related Finance IT applications; Implements new solutions, corrections and improvements and participates in projects as a representative of the global IT Solution team dedicated to applications of the Finance function (mainly for General Ledger); Ensures the execution of test phases (e.g. Technical/Functional Unit Test, User Acceptance Test) and the documentation of the complete business sub-processes in the area of IT Finance Accounting, as well as the implementation of applications/modules worldwide in coordination with the internal customers and software development. Requirements: Degree in computer science, business informatics, commercial information technology, business administration, economics or similar; 3-5 years of professional IT experience on SAP FI and knowledge of Finance processes in SAP FI (requirements management, business blueprints, trainings, roll-outs); Knowledge of customization in SAP FI modules also knowledge of SAP FI integration with other SAP modules such as CO, MM, SD is an advantage; Very good English skills, German language skills are an advantage; Process oriented thinking, problem solving skills, flexibility and teamwork; Project management knowledge is an advantage.
