As a team member, your responsibilities will be, including: Be in charge to handle Suppliers relationship within the global Supply Chain organization; Be responsible to define and manage the following key activities: Sourcing, Supply chain performance, Supply chain expectations and Contract management for our different locations and suppliers; Localized in Romania, Brasov, you will secure that supply chain expectations are met by our Suppliers (e.g Technical connections, Consignment Stock, etc.); Will share and explain Vitesco Technologies expectations to our business partners; Will be the interface internally for our locations worldwide; Will negotiate Supply Chain Contracts (Logistics Manuals) and you will be responsible for supply chain self-assessment or audit in order to reduce the supply network risks. What you will need to succeed: Excellent level of professional English mandatory; Excellent communication skills with international business partners; Ability to negotiate, find compromises; Significant experience in business, purchasing, logistics environment; Team spirit; Chinese or/and French or/and German or/and Spanish language is a plus.
