Responsibilities
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Experience as a practicing Scrum Master with in-depth knowledge of Scrum (Multimedia/ Connectivity/ Vehicle / BSP / Android Projection technologies)
- Implementation of Agile Methodologies to multiple teams in projects & programs.
- Should take the help of architects to resolve the blockers of the team members
- Should be taken the responsibility to deliver the product in the timelines agreed with the stakeholders.
- Perform sprint planning & reviews / Lessons learned meetings
- Maintain an overview of current sprint's status an goals
- Ensure running build environment
- Keep overview of feature, deadlines, bugs and prioritizations
- Supervise build jobs and metrics
- Ensure quality and schedule of software deliveries
- Prioritize and escalate major bugs/issues
- Identify risks in time schedule
- Collaborate and align with the project managers and developers, as well as the stakeholders
- Ensuring that topics are effectively analyzed, assigned and efficiently delivered
- Providing the clients / stakeholders with transparent, accurate and regular information regarding the project status
