Your Duties
- Check and register the shipments details in our operational system
- Preparing and following up the arrival notices that are being sent to the customers
- Check customer commercial documents in order to prepare them for customs clearance operations
- Prepare arrival notices and send them to customers
- Register vendors invoices in our system
- Assist department colleagues in accomplishing daily tasks like invoicing, archieving
