SECURITY MANAGER ROMANIA Romania Bucharest Business Unit Job Description Security Manager Romania The Security Manager Romania provides physical and strategic security support to ADM colleagues, assets, and operations across the country. In addition, this position is responsible for conducting internal investigations in a manner consistent with ADM’s internal investigation protocol and in accordance with applicable law. This position is expected to draft and distribute accurate and timely notifications and/or briefings to be distributed to Global Security Leadership and other interested stakeholders regarding potential risk, likelihood (and extent of) impact, and mitigation options. This position will also contribute to Global Security’s insider threat, crisis management, business continuity and analytics programs. Your Responsibilities:Refine and support the long-term security strategy for ADM’s enterprise in Romania through the application of Physical Infrastructure and industry standard policy driven mitigation strategies.Provide direct oversight of security related regulatory requirements such as ISPS.Handle multiple projects and investigations while ensuring high quality of service, timeliness, and a commitment to ADM’s strategic priorities.Participate in confidential internal investigations, including evidence gathering, surveillance, and interviews consistent with the investigative standards set forth by the Company.Create detailed, accurate, and objective investigative and operational reports, using standard formats that are in line with the Company’s established reporting procedures and policies.Build and maintain positive working relationships with the relevant local, state, and federal law enforcement and governing agencies.Conduct in-person assessments, audits and journey management strategies across the Country. Your Profile:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience with minimum 7 years of related professional experience in corporate security.5+ years of working in and managing security operations in Romania, with additional international experience preferred.Excellent written and spoken English and Romanian language skills; additional language capabilities a plus.Holder of a valid driver’s license.Must be able to walk, climb, and physically move throughout ADM’s diverse types of industrial environments.Strong command of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.).Able to travel regularly throughout the country, potentially on short notice to respond to emergency security situations.Technically proficient, and interested and able to learn new tools and skills.Deep understanding of physical security infrastructure components and applicability, such as CCTV, Alarm Systems, Perimeter Controls, and Access Control Systems.Our OfferChallenging tasks, short decision-making processes and a high level of personal responsibility in a modern work environment with flexible work time modelsRoom for innovative thinking and growth with the possibility to manage your own career path.A company culture which promotes continuous learning and diversity.Excellent career opportunities in a world leading nutrition company.An attractive remuneration including a variety of social benefits. We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and value diversity at our company.
