Security Solution Architect in Braşov

The Solutions Manager supports the growth objectives of the BDS Service Line through supporting the cyber security bidding activities and articulating the business and technical value of our solutions to clients.
He/she will lead complex and strategic bid opportunities and responsible for the development of winning proposals and supporting artefacts
He/she will work with the Local and Global Services Presales team and other bid teams from different geographies
He/she will develop deep knowledge of Atos Global Cyber Security portfolio and collaterals, bid support tools and methodologies, and evangelise the use them in the bidding process.

Key activities and responsibilities:

o Operational
o Support the development of a local presales and bid support team
o Local HR and line management responsibility
o Performance and resource management activities
o Team financial management and utilization
o Skills development and training
o Bid and Solutions
o Lead engagement with strategic and complex bids
o Take ownership of BDS Cyber Security scope and develop winning solutions underpinned by Cyber security portfolio
o Build of solutions combining the capabilities from Cyber security portfolio with capabilities of other service lines
o Support bidding activities such as establishing a cost structure, assessing solution risks and participating in clients interactions where required
o Oversee the development of reusable content to accelerate proposal turnaround and optimize operational efficiency
o Provide coaching/mentoring support to staff members
o Costing & calculations
o Ensure accuracy and adoption of costing tools and models MAIA)
o Development of related processes or models for reuse to aid proposal acceleration
o The development, improvement and accuracy the cost models when supporting a portfolio led service engineering project or initiative

Alongside these tasks the Solution Manager will:

o Ensure deal tracking and documentation into management tools and reporting portals
• Able to demonstrate leadership and take ownership
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written (Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences)
• Able to work well under short timelines, ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to build and maintain a combination of domain knowledge and process excellence
o Cyber Security portfolio & solutions
o The broader IT infrastructure stack (Good understanding of cloud, big data, outsourcing solutions)
o Cross-functional and inter-disciplinary awareness of other functions and disciplines
• Ability and appetite to learn and continuously stay tuned and up to date on Cyber security portfolio, bidding process, and solutions
• Fluent oral and written English
• Fluency in French or German is a clear strength
• Over 3 years of experience in a presales or similar position in Security or Outsourcing
• A technical / Engineering degree in IT
• Certified experience in relevant technologies is highly desirable.
