DescriptionROLE PURPOSE • Provide agronomic support, training and coaching to the sales force, key account managers, channel partners and grower/customers • Determine and demonstrate the value, positioning and agronomic characteristics of Syngenta products and analyze competitor products versus Syngenta benchmarks • Create added value to Syngenta growers by providing Innovative Seed Technologies, Innovative Agronomic Services and Innovative Customer Approaches • Lead for specific crop/activity insights sharing in order to launch successfully NPIs. Actively involved in marketing process to uplift technical knowledge and build powerful campaigns. ACCOUNTABILITIES • Establish and manage Strip Benchmark trials, adaptation trials, demos and/or special technological development trials • Support new product launches via interpretation of trials (Results & Observations) and leading the product trainings • Provide strong support to the sales team in case of technical issues • Take the lead with joining sales team in product related field complaint and handling the complaints for the fast solution and timely answer • Ensure timely field observation/pest-disease knowledge, trial & observation data entry with quality • Analyze data in relation to trial targets and share results & insights • Provide agronomic support, training and coaching to the sales force, key account managers, channel partners and grower/customers • Achieve technical excellence in the field and generate enough data for our products and area-based solutions • Understand market & grower needs and put them into the focus of trialing • Translate Syngenta offers to customer needs • Identify potential solutions to address grower needs • Support marketing team to convey technical messages into powerful unique selling propositions • Act as a Syngenta ambassador in promoting the hybrids in growers or distributors meetings • Assure all data / insights are in the system within deadlines • Active voice in portfolio meeting to select the most fitted hybrids for country & growers local specifics • Provide technical insights to marketing in order to build and execute a successful marketing campaign • Actively maintain link to local R&DQualificationsKNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES • BSc degree in Agronomy• Minimum 3 years of experience in Seed Product Field Trialing • Fluency in English (Minimum Intermediate level), Advanced English is preferred (written and spoken)• High level of computer knowledge • Analytical Understanding • Digital experience in agriculture• Communicates with impact• Builds a culture of innovation• Focuses on customers• Manages for performance• Collaborates across boundaries
