SENIOR ACCOUNTANT in Bucuresti

RINA, a global company with 160 years of experience across multiple industries, is looking for Senior Accountant to be part of RINA Romania team! What your role will involve Your key responsibilities will include: GL transactions booking in accounting software for 3 companies; Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable ; Producing error-free AP accounting reports and present their results; Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending; Reviewing and recommending improvements to accounting systems and procedures; Booking AP invoices based on productive Purchase Requisitions; Participating in financial standards setting and in forecasting process; Providing input into department’s goal setting process; Supporting month-end and year-end close process; Tracking approvals of the Purchase Requisition inserted; Checking the productive purchase orders coming from technical software; Managing accruals. What we are looking for Economic University graduate; Proven experience as senior accountant; Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures; Good knowledge of Fiscal Romanian Legislation; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Strong English language knowledge; Accuracy and attention to details; Working with tight schedules and flexible to meet business requirements; Good communication skills and team spirit; Positive approach and strong work ethic.
