Role TypePermanentWhat you'll be doing:This role is responsible for analyzing, identifying business opportunities and translating them into strategic initiatives as part of the business model evolution process, starting with being actively involved in the proposal, design and implementation and quarterly post-evaluations.Key responsibilities:Prepare and deliver business analyses and reports in sub-cluster to support activation plansProvide regular reports (daily, weekly, campaignly quarterly, yearly) to track incentives/initiative performancesEnsure data readiness for programs Business cases, develop Business cases and follow up reportingLead the process of Field Target Settings on campaingly basisEnsure data readiness according to ad hoc requestsParticipate in and coordinate testing of newly developed systems (databases, reporting systems)We'd love you to have:Requirements:Relevant experience on a similar positionSpecific skillset:SQL or Python programming languagesSAS/ KNIME expertise or similarExperience using Tableau or similar BI softwareStrong knowledge of operating MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)Strong analytical skills, keen sense on details;Excellent English oral and written
