Senior Automation Engineer in Bucharest, Romania in Bucuresti

We specialize in Digital Transformation including agile software development, DevOps, automation, databases, and cloud consulting. Amach are an AWS registered partner. We are currently recruiting for strong automation engineers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing comprehensive automation test suites and frameworks. We are looking for someone who has 3+ years of automation experience with Rails experience. As part of the Amach team you will implement test automation frameworks leveraging common Amach libraries while following our best practices. Must Haves Ruby on Rails software Development Experience Test Automation experience Key Responsibilities & Duties Include: Implement and contribute to the Amach automation approach, methodology and best practices Be part of the existing automation team and deliver automation as per requirements and best practice Build, maintain and add to existing automation frameworks Evaluate test cases for inclusion in regression Integrate the test framework into the CI Automate for newly integrated features and develop the relevant toolsets Closely work with software developers and other engineers to deliver the highest quality products in a cost-effective manner Work closely with other QA team members to automate the execution and verification of reports created by various channels Key Competencies/Skills Required Rails Experience Experience with applications hosted on Linux environments Keen interest in software automation Worked with agile development (task estimation, test & deployment automation, continuous integration) Good communication skills with the ability to efficiently report to key stakeholders CI/CD experience a plus Ability to drive new technologies, tools, and processes Ability to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team Good creative problem-solving skills Self-motivated and avid learner who strives to continually improve.
