Azure DevOps (junior) Testing library building (junior) API Testing (regular) Selenide (regular) Selenium (regular) Test Automation (advanced) QA (master) We are looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer.Net Team Lead to join our team, diversify our experience, and help us write a new version of a large system that manages a full healthcare research administration cycle. You will work alongside a strong, friendly team following Agile best practices (3-week sprints, code review, daily standups).About the projectMGB Inc. operates community and specialty hospitals, a managed care organization, a physician network, community health centers, home care, and other health-related entities in the United States.The Insight Research Portal is a web-based application with over 150,000 current users developed for the entire research community to review, monitor, and manage research portfolios. The main goal of Insight is to unite complex and dispersed organizational processes into one application and help alleviate administrative burdens.Total team size: 15 back-end engineers, 6 front-end engineers, 4 DBAs, 1 UX designer, 6 QA/BA, and 1 project manager.Skills & Experience5+ years of overall QA experience;3+ years of experience in test automation using Java;Experience with Selenium or Selenide, testing library building, page objects, test run report analysis;Experience with API testing (Swagger, Postman, etc.);Nice to haveExperience with mentoring and leading QA team in setup/support QA automation process;Working experience with Azure DevOps services;Upper-intermediate English or aboveResponsibilitiesWrite automated tests to cover smoke and regression test cases (UI and API tests);Take charge of the QA automation process;Help teammates in writing automation tests;Communicate with stakeholders and provide test reports;Continuously improve the QA process of the project.
