Senior Automation Tester in Suceava

Responsibilities This is a new team that will join the Foreign Exchange and Treasury (FX&T) train on the WPAP (Worldpay Alternative Payments) platform. This is a distributed train, with the other teams located in Cluj, Bucharest, UK and India. Job responsibilities: You will work alongside industry seasoned professionals and get the opportunity to develop or deepen your fintech knowledge. Your main objective will be to deliver quality oriented, production-grade software. As a Developer on the team, you will be implementing requirements using the best technical solutions available, as well as implement and contribute to first-time solution. You will be involved in refinements, sizing and PoCs, as well as a variety of Community of Practices (CoP) where you’ll have the chance to join and learn from seasoned experts. In order to implement the best solutions you will need to be well informed of the latest technologies and trends in software development. You will solve complex technical problems that other team members may encounter, be an integral part of a Scrum team which, in turn, joins other 6-12 teams on a train, delivering in cadence. You will be exposed to a variety of challenges, from technical solutions and design to improving service delivery from an end-to-end perspective and automation and optimisation of existing processes. NFRs and operational readiness are integral part of your day-to-day work. The project team shape is: 1 Design Lead, 2 senior developers, 2 developer, 1 senior tester, 1 tester, 1 Product Owner, 0.5 Scrum Master. The team will interact and get direction from System Architect, SQL specialists, Product Managers and Release Team.
