And we need you!Currently, Andea is looking for an innovative, skilled, experienced, and open to new challenges Senior Backend Developer to grow our portfolio of applications on a cloud-based SaaS platform we created called Manufacturo.  You have: Excellent experience in the .NET technology stack: C#, REST Web Services, .Net Core.Understanding of DDD, TDD and CQRS.Good understanding of the microservices architecture and related topics (for example, message queues, distributed systems).Experience with Entity Framework Core.Ability to analyse and tune applications for the performance of highly complex systems.Practical knowledge of good software practices – automated tests, continuous integration and agile methodologies.Experience in database design and knowledge of SQL.Proven experience and an open mind in programming.Good command of the English language, both speaking and writing.Passion about programming and demonstrating willingness and ability to learn and improve.Effective team player with excellent communication skills. You will get extra points if you have:Experience in Azure or other cloud providers.Practical experience or interest in Manufacturing Execution Systems.You want to step into a leadership role in the future.  What you’ll be working on  You won’t be working on your own - each project is assigned its own SCRUM team consisting of Senior and Junior developers, both frontend and backend, DevOps engineers, product owners, as well as UX/UI designers, software tester, and a business analyst. Our experience comes from implementing MES solutions for companies like SpaceX, CoorsTek, Bombardier, Sierra Nevada Corporation, and many others…  Some of your daily tasks will include: Achieving business goals through designing and developing code in the .NET technologies.Assuring high code quality through unit tests and adherence to software development best practices like Clean Code, SOLID and code reviews.Design and development of high-performance computational systems featuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.Taking technical ownership and driving forward support and development of business-critical modules.Translate application requirements and use cases into functional applications.Distribute the knowledge across the team, and guide less experienced team members. Our tech stack Our frontend is built in micro-frontend architecture, using the latest Angular. We write our end-to-end and integration tests in Cypress.Our backend consists of several microservices written in .net core running in the Kubernetes cluster hosted in Azure. We use Azure SQL and Azure Blob Storage for data persistencyFor testing and deploying our code, we use CI/CD pipelines maintained in Azure DevOps.We also have our own Angular Component Library. What you’ll get in return Flexibility.
