You will be working across all levels of the organization to help and lead the strategic direction, development, and future growth of our technology strategy. Everyday you will:Define and identify needs and recommend solutions that bring value to internal and external customersGather and analyses perspectives, viewpoints, needs and transform the collected information into clear requirements specifications (Functional, Non-functional, Transition)Produce wireframes and flow diagrams to describe user / system interactionsWork closely with our development teams to confront business needs with technology opportunities and constraints in order to assess opportunities, risks, potential conflicts and to spot dependenciesAssist with end user documentation and training as neededContribute to continual improvement of the software development process Is it you?You have 5+ years of experience working part of an agile team as a business analyst You have a SaaS experience in the development and operations of high scale distributed and scalable systemsYou have great desire to learn and want to continuously improve, you are constantly expanding your knowledge in the area of business analysis and techniques used for requirements elicitationThanks to your specialized knowledge you act as a guide and lead the business through unknown or unmapped territory, to get it to its desired destinationYou  are constantly on the lookout for solutions that are more effective but simpler, less costly or far less riskyYou are able to arrange and facilitate meetings and workshops with the customerYou have a strong breadth of knowledge in modern software technologies, Fluent EnglishYou are comfortable with ambiguity and excited about working in a startup where no two days look the same.
