NAP is unique in the world and puts us firmly beyond what the competition can deliver.Operating within a collaborative Agile environment, we aim to deliver effective solutions to the business and our customers, using our evolving payment platform.We are looking for proactive Team players who would like to work in the Fintech sector with likeminded individuals that want to develop robust and scalable applications for the growing market.What you will be doingAs part of an Agile team, you’ll contribute and support the team to deliver its commitments in a predictable way according to the SAFe definition and with the expected quality.The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with each discipline within the Delivery Team (Product Owner, Design, Development and Test) to ensure solution design and implementation is in line with the business requirements.Works with developers for functional troubleshooting and resolution of reported defects, production incidents and issues from user acceptance testing (UATs).Supporting testing on behalf of users (UAT), operations and testing teams, potentially including test plans, test cases, test data and review of interface testing between different applications.Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysisProactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal parties to analyze information needs for functional requirements and deliver the artefacts as needed: Business Requirements Document, Functional Specification Document in form of epics and/or user stories, Use CasesUnderstands, creates or document business, functional and data flows and provide them to the delivery teamUnderstands the system interfaces and interactions with other components of the platform; aligns his requirements with the outer systemsMakes sure designs are reviewed and approved by business SMEs and/or other stakeholdersAttends all SAFe/Agile related ceremonialsWhat you bring:Can-do attitude and a sense of responsibility for the wider implications of software engineering.
