Job Description The Sr. Buyer is responsible for the purchasing of Assembely manufacturing equipment's, tooling, upgrades for Manufacturing Investments commodity. Will prepare the tender, RFQs, evaluates the bids and cost comparison analyse. Will identify and drive savings opportunities, consumption reduction and value engineering projects through negotiation; Conducts eAuctions; Working capital improvement; Contract managment; Contributes to Supplier Panel strategy; Work closely with AME function for implementation of AOP and STRAP. Commodity spend: $80M Sourcing process management: Project kick off with steakholders to agree: timing; list of suppliers; required product specification' Project sourcing: RFQ; analisys of cost breakdown; alignement with steakholders;: eAuction; Negotiation; Sourcing governance: Project value indicates level of approval within organization: CPO: 10M$. Capex spend $80M Contract sign off; upload in ISS PO placement Invoice resolution if required Deliver cost savings and working capital improvement Monitor market trends, competitor strategies to evaluate areas of opportunities to reduce costs; Assess and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance. Supplier scorecard - Manage supplier performance activity, propose improvements. Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures; YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor Degree Minimum 5 years experience in Procurement WE VALUE Fluent in English Very well skilled with MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Word.
