Tasks
- Analyze business issues of complex scope and coordinates teams of Logistics to recommend approaches to resolving the issues in SAP WM/MM modules
- Work closely with user communities to understand business issues, environmental constraints, and key functional and reporting needs in order to design business and IT solutions
- Write functional specifications to outline system functionality and act as an interface between business users and the technical team and work with the technical team to prioritize system functionality during all phases of system development
- Participate in functional and integration testing, and other system implementation steps
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM/WM
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
- Play a key role in preparing user documentation and training material as well as perform training functions representing the functional views of how the system should operate
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a full cycle implementation & support project
- Minimum of 4 years designing and configuring MM/WM modules
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
- Result-oriented, demonstrate adaptability, flexibility
- Fluency in German&English
