Business Analyst – GBS, Romania Knowledge & experience: Business process analysis, design and improvement expertise; Experience in Finance functions and processes, preferably in a Shared Services Center (SSC); Experience in activities transfers to SSC; Strong experience in creating visual models, such as process flow; Capturing of business requirements and structuring them into solution functional specifications; Strong interest in Project Management; Ability to create clear and concise documentation; Ability to deal directly with end clients in a friendly and highly confident manner demonstrating excellent communication skills; Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus; Excellent knowledge of English; Nice to have: Excellent relationship management and influencing skills; Good understanding of specific technologies (e.g. OCR, BPM, RPA etc.) capabilities and limitations; Understanding of data analytics concepts and technologies; Responsibilities: Employ specific methodologies for redesigning processes (e.g. Design Thinking, Lean6Sigma, etc.) Understand existing processes and document them Support in defining the target processes Assist the roll out of new processes and measurements of improvements Perform Business Analysis and support transfers of activities between local entities and SSCs Gather and document existing processes onshore Ensure knowledge transfer is performed accurately Assist SSCs to integrate and operate new activities Support in stabilizing new activities in SSCs Support pre-sales activities, define custom approach and documentation such as: Support and facilitate creation of workshops to understand AS IS and Target Operating Models Support in the preparation and delivery of tender documentation and go to market materials Support in the preparation of business cases for new customers Collaborate with Technology Consulting teams or third party vendors to identify solutions applicable to customers cases or to implement Proof of Concepts of products or technologies.
