The Senior Cost & Commercial Manager is managing the Construction projects in all phases., working together with the Project Director.
Coordinate and work with the project management team to establish tendering packages;
Responsible for developing the entire tendering & contracting process for each work package (review of offers received, clarification meeting with contractor's / suppliers, financial negotiation, contract negotiation etc);
Responsible of contracts management for projects (verification and approval of work statements, variation orders, financial accounts for each contractor / supplier);
Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly coded for recording in the accounting system;
Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work;
Investigate any variances from contractual and/or internal requirements. Support remedial actions necessary to keep budget on track;
Reporting of project costs.

Four years’ degree in Construction field;
Minimum five years’ experience in construction;
MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project knowledge.
