Power BI (nice to have) SQL (junior) Database administration (regular) T-SQL (regular) MS SQL (regular) As a Senior Database Administrator, you will be an integral part of the global IT function that underpins the Bank's corporate reputation and are responsible for implementing best-in-class applications capable of receiving quality data in a timely manner.Wrocław-based opportunity with the possibility to work remotely up to 3 days a week!Your key Responsibilities: Designing and implementing new functionalities on the needed basisWorking directly with allocated Project Managers, Business Analysts, and external IT and business teams to implement change requests and new featuresTaking responsibility for changes that go through multiple tiers from the browser through to the back-end databases by collaborating with other developersUtilizing standards, architectures, and processes to ensure that all code and development practices conform to company guidelines and industry best practicesParticipating in all aspects of the project lifecycle, following stringent rules and procedures for testing and promoting code in compliance with company change control processesShowing the ability to be an influential team member working closely with colleagues from multiple teams and disciplines, benefitting the teamShowing an understanding of good project planning practices and team management processesYou’re ideal for the role if you have:4+ years of experience as a DBA/Database developerWorking knowledge of MSSQL Server 2014/2019Advanced SQL (MSSQL, T-SQL) skillsDatabase administration experience(access management, DB optimization, performance improvements)Database development experience (stored procedures, functions, triggers, defining database model, working alongside Java application dev team)Hands-on knowledge of analysis and resolution of database-related production issues, close collaboration with dev and 3rd line support team (reading SQL execution plans, deadlock analysis)SQL reporting skills (TSQL, reports automation with MS PowerBI)GIT, Bitbucket, AppDynamics, Delphix, Grafana, RedGate tools, Splunk knowledgeExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skillsIt is a strong plus if you have: Experience with supporting CI/CD pipeline in the area of database migrations (Liquibase, PowerShell, Jenkins) Splunk, Java, Hibernate knowledgeWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
