Senior Financial Controller in Arad

Main tasks and responsibilities: Preparing financial and KPI forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis; Variance analysis of P&L versus budget and forecast monthly; Controlling and monitoring of costs on various departments/cost centers, propose and implement cost improvement actions; Cooperation in the process of preparation of the company's budget and analysis of the implementation of individual budgetary goals; Preparation of financial statements, reports and operational analysis for the needs of the Management Board of the Company; Supporting Management in the decision-making process; Providing financial data to external/internal auditors; Participate in month-end activities, including organization of assets and stocks inventory at year-end; Maintaining and controlling accounting records; Managing local Finance team, liaising with other departments; Ad-hoc reports and anaylises as required by the business. What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, youll need: University Degree in Economics, Finance or related; Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Excellent written and verbal communications skills/ English and Romanian languages; Experience in an international company; Used to work with strict deadlines and a fast-moving company; Be flexible and agile; Good to have: knowledge of IT tools SAP (FI/CO), HFM Oracle Total experience in a Business or Financial Controller of minimum 5 years; Driving license.
