Mission Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring work is assigned and completed effectivelyProvide technical guidance and support to team members, particularly in complex tasksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirementsAct as a point of contact for technical questions from clients, providing clear and concise explanationsEnsure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and development methodologiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and performanceStay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends and incorporate them into the development process Profile Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field5 years of experience in software development2 years’ experience in a technical leader role-preferred, but not mandatoryProficiency in Java, Typescript, React, , JavaScript, Maven, Cloud technologies, MongoDB, GIT, and GitHubStrong understanding of microservices architectureAgile experience, particularly with Scrum methodologyProven experience in a leadership or team lead role, with the ability to support and guide team members effectivelyExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.
