Analyze campaign performance, report insights, and recommend improvements.
Mentor and support junior team members, helping build best practices for influencer campaigns.

Requirements
4+ years experience in influencer marketing or digital partnerships, ideally with multi-country campaigns.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other European platforms.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience managing budgets, teams, or large-scale campaigns.
Strategic mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable campaign improvements.
Comfortable working with remote international teams and multi-market campaigns.
